COMPANY FOR SALE: Manufacture of Dairies and Cheese (Romania)

Manufacture of fresh liquid milk, pasteurised, sterilised, homogenised, milk-based drinks, cream from fresh liquid milk, butter, yoghurt, cheese and curd. The factory is situated on a 3,500 sqm land. The buildings: 725 sqm, from which 400 sqm the production hall. There is a single floor, and since the beginning of the activity the manufacture hall have been divided into smaller and separated rooms so to match to the technological process and HACCP regulations. All the water pipes have been replaced, the layer of insulating material was restored, and the roof was changed completely and isolated properly. Also, the frigorific cells partition has been remade. All the facilities are owned by the company.
